Colorado Center Tower 3 is a podium-style office tower with ground level retail, a 6 level garage for 400 cars, and 203,000 ft2 of offices on 8 floors, topped by a roof terrace. This project was completed by Wells Concrete.
Adamick Architecture worked closely with the owners at Bywater Bakery in New Orleans to develop a bakery and café space within the existing footprint of the building to return the building into this beautiful space.
