This interior monorail track and trolley system was custom designed to achieve window cleaning and interior glass replacement for a mutli-story interior area of the new Northwestern Mutual building.
To accomplish the elegant and modern aesthetic, this project features the Longboard® 6”siding panels, in Wicker Cafe YU20A7, Cream YD2907 and Cashmere YU2987
Fun fact: Netflix leased the building before it was even completed and added some redesign to suit their needs.
Featuring “active learning classrooms, auditorium and workspaces, and event and gathering spaces,” the building aims to house everything “from admissions to student affairs, career support to alumni connections.” (UCLA Anderson)
EcoScreen perforated screenwalls offer a 10–40 percent open area to control light and air movement while elegantly blending industrial and other applications with their surroundings.
The stunning contemporary designed façade was created using Astec's ABX Architectural Bronze technology in its construction. Astec Architectural Bronze is located in Brooklyn, New York.
