Pioneer Millworks logo was laser etched into the reclaimed wood in each of the guest rooms at Hi-Lo Hotel.
The Skylark LED Pendants are customized with 16″ shades and black-and-white cloth cords. The exterior of the shades are White while the interior are Charcoal Granite. The LED features include 1250 lumens with a 2700K color temperature and a domed lens.
Paying special attention to the existing complex’s design, Shive-Hattery and Russell Construction worked together to create a $12 million, 87,000-square-foot addition that integrates seamlessly with the existing structure. The project also includes an outdoor field for marching band use.
Feeney CableRail was installed in the exterior railings of the Fontanel Mansion and Inn.
