The Higher Ground homeless shelter in Minneapolis shows how precast concrete panels can provide architectural finish, meet load-bearing structural requirements, and even serve as a truss elements.
High-contrast colored panels on the 16-story office building in south Denver mimic the fast-moving light-rail trains and the cars on nearby Interstate 25. The building’s main corner includes a patio and a pavilion that invite in passers-by from the neighborhood.

The expansive Empirehouse curtainwall systems surrounding the facility offer natural daylighting and were glazed with bird-friendly Low-E insulated glass to help birds avoid unexpected collisions.
The custom designed welded wire system at the Seattle Library, creates a dynamic entry and covers the adjacent facade. This wire system allows plants to flourish.
The building is emphasized by a provision of siding Zéphir® Evolution in horizontal lines that combine five colors of the range: red-orange, red, Violine, champagne, plus a glazed white lines that give a glossy touch to the façade.

Certain balcony levels of the new Northwestern Mutual building could not be access by the BMU on the roof. Therefore, ATS custom designed davit system components for window washing and facade access for these areas.
The Lincoln Park community is designed by architect Antunovich Associates and closely replicates the original Nellie Black building, which was built in 1932 and housed nurses and interns.
