The units within the 365 Bond are anything but identical, the building features over 66 unique layouts. Many units have private roof terraces and those that don’t can enjoy one of many outdoor amenities or a view into the serene
inner courtyard from the floor to ceiling industrial windows.
Certain balcony levels of the new Northwestern Mutual building could not be access by the BMU on the roof. Therefore, ATS custom designed davit system components for window washing and facade access for these areas.
St. John’s Chapel in Columbia, SD, is a one-story, 2,200 square-foot structure that features a clean, white “clapboard” facade with stained glass windows and a steeple topped by a simple, lighted white cross. The facade and massing are maintained in scale with the Venice walk street location.
The façade that characterizes this project has been realized with panels of copper alloy with burnishing “media a nuvole”. For light sockets were opted for the perforated Corten, while for the windows was used patented technology ABX Architectural Bronze series W65, K85 and L80.

The Higher Ground shelter is total-precast building, components include insulated wall panels, prestressed hollow-core planks, and precast stairs. The wall panels are load-bearing, but also provide an exterior acid-etched, colored architectural finish.
