A wide sweeping curved marble monumental staircase descends from the Mezzanine down to the ballroom. Five magnificent Hess chandeliers, having been reclaimed and restored from the historic Hess Department Store, once again illuminate an Allentown landmark.

Given the dramatic triple-height of the 55 Hudson Yards lobby, KPF created a large scale custom finish to capture the grain. Because the lobby is illuminated by natural light, the panels also needed to be extremely flat, so a honeycomb backer was employed.

Bison Ipê Wood Tiles were installed in a unique pattern on the green roof of the Denver Botanic Garden. The panels had to be cut to curve with the beautiful landscaping.
