Hagen, Christensen & McILwain Architects designed new picnic shelters and restroom buildings for Keller Regional Park, located in Maplewood, MN.
To match the styling of that era, Pella designed the fourth-floor windows with a curve-top exterior opening and a rectangular-top opening on the interior. This required a special transition detail from the outside to the inside.

Life Time Fitness located in Chanhassen, MN is a three-story office building with a basement and enclosed parking garages with accessory spaces.
The historic architecture of the museum was preserved by seamlessly integrating BASWA Phon to control the acoustics of the space.
The foundation of this chic space was created using Bison Versadjust Pedestals and 2×4 Ipê Smooth Wood Tiles for the deck surface. The hotel's poolside restaurant, Oliverio, emerged from the renovation with a fresh concept and bold new look. Inside the intimate dining room, a relaxed lounge atmosphere is achieved with long, low, 1970's-style sofas and stone-veneer tables juxtaposed with modernist gold warren planter chairs.
The Publican Tavern is located in terminal 3 of O'Hare International Airport and features stunning walnut dining tables crafted out of Wood Statements walnut.
