Christofle, a french retailer, was a tenant fit-out built in City Center located in downtown Washington D.C. Construction completed by Teel Construction.
Tricarico designers worked with material and lighting vendors to come up with a budget-conscious design that was loyal to the original brand aesthetic while creating innovative and unique elements for the new prototype.

1/2" clear tempered glass wine cellar system. Denver Glass Interiors used a unique design with mitered overlapping vertical edges of the door and panels.
The design used two different brick types including Endicott and Belden. The mixed textures played well against each other with the slight differences in color and texture. 50’ high load bearing precast wall panels surrounded the theater and fly loft stage.

By introducing diffuse natural daylight into a commercial setting, space not only becomes more energy-efficient but also more productive. Studies have shown that the use of natural light in commercial spaces improves employee satisfaction, reduces absences, and boosts employee productivity levels.
In addition to a tasting room, bottle shop and office, the expansion needed to accommodate new distillery equipment to increase production, including two new towering stills, one 50-foot (15 m) high and the other 35-foot (11 m) high, as well as several large mashing tanks.
