M Moser Associates designed the offices for Altico, a financial consultant company located in Mumbai, India. The home-office design concept was inspired by the Mid-Century industrial era, reflected in the use of raw bricks, concrete finishes and exposed ceilings.

The pairing of aluminum railings with stainless steel cable infill accentuated the architure while also opening up the sightlines and optimizing the striking woodland view.
