The exterior of Havenwood of Buffalo senior living community was built by Bauer Design Build.
Coral Gables-based architecture firm Ferguson Glasgow Schuster Soto was called in to complete the design and chose to specify Crossville tile across the entirety of the space—9,000 square feet between floor and wall surfaces.
The registration desk at the Morongo Casino and Spa features lighting design by Dawn Hollingsworth.
The complex design creates the appearance of a solid, corrugated wall during daylight hours. In the evening, the light filters through the perforated panels to reveal the interior against a solid backdrop.
