                    The 15,000 square foot rooftop space, home to an indoor/outdoor bar is available for events year-round and includes panoramic views, a fire pit, shimmering water features, a video wall, and retractable roof.                
            
                    The renovation of the Featherstone High School  required the removal of the old concrete spandrel panels and repairs to the concrete structure. Kalwall panels were installed and supported on a new steel frame, which was added to extend the floor space.                
            
                    The exterior brick finishes at MN SNAP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, by HCM Architects.                
            
                    To create the stunning curved facades that accent the main balcony seating area, Glenn Heinmiller collaborated with Mark Raissen of 3-Form Light Design Group.
