In the preliminary stages of the project, Nohelty contracted Gate Precast Company to serve as a design-assist consultant for the exterior facade. That collaboration led to a more efficient design that addressed issues early in the process.

Anderson Companies performed the renovation at Normandy Kitchen & Bar, which also included the installation of the floor-to-ceiling windows that open for sidewalk dining in the warmer months.

Coral Gables-based architecture firm Ferguson Glasgow Schuster Soto was called in to complete the design and chose to specify Crossville tile across the entirety of the space—9,000 square feet between floor and wall surfaces.
