View of both backlit blue onyx lobby walls located at 55 Hudson Yards in New York.
Here is a view of the lobby wall behind the service desk when entering the lobby. This backlit blue onyx is a beautiful stone that beautifully ties int he surrounding slate stone around it. This is an astonishing view from inside the building and even from the outside looking in.
Here you can see the detail metal work and design layout that accents the backlit blue onyx. The structure and surface were provided by GPI in a turnkey installation.
This was the full sized mock-up held at GPI Design in Cleveland. The owners, architects, and general contractors were invited to Cleveland to view the dry layout and make any adjustments or changes before heading to the site for install.
