We custom-designed a wood ActivWall Horizontal Folding Door with frosted glass for a private club in Maryland.
The eight-panel center-folding door measures approximately 23′ wide by 9′ high and partitions the ballroom/dining area from the club’s lobby. The panels are set up in a four-left, four-right configuration.
The versatile door allows the room to be closed for smaller events or opened up for larger events like conferences, mitzvahs, and receptions.
The wood frame is painted to match the room’s aesthetic and provide consistency between the rooms. Integrated brass panic hardware was included in the design to meet the club’s functionality requirements.
