The first of its kind building sits on Meredith Drive, within Urbandale’s dynamic Urban Loop area. Special attention was paid to creating spaces by Spark Design that brought people in contact with natural sunlight and each other. Once fully occupied, the Paradigm Building will be a hub for creative collaboration.
