UAFS Boreham Library

The University requested that the new library’s front door face the campus green and bell tower and that there be a space in the building which could be available to students 24 hours a day. The library’s location required that the building have entries from both the north and south side of campus with both entries visible from he circulation desk. The expansion allowed for a 75% increase in collection size, has computer seating for 214 students, and has classrooms with a seating capacity of 264 students. Private and small group study rooms are located on both floors and a presentation classroom for 100 students is located on the first floor.
