This project features a design center with retail showrooms open to the public, a coworking space, a state-of-the-art makerspace, and work-based learning and innovation center. Over 33 Signum 8 & 10 LED fixtures were installed to provide a sleek and aesthetically pleasing lighting design in the high-ceiling space in the Hub & Spoke. In addition, the Signum 10 fixture's dual-chambered design separates the light engine and LED driver compartments, improving thermal management for increased lifetime and reliability. These fixtures have a proven installation history in over 500 projects and were voted one of the Top 5 Sleek Cylinder Downlights for High-Bay Spaces by Architectural Lighting Magazine.
