The Georgian Terrace, built-in 1911, is a luxury Midtown Atlanta hotel that greets guests with elegant floor-to-ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers, and white marble columns. When Sotherly hotels decided to remodel the hotel, refreshing its “modern classic” appeal, they turned to F&D Commercial.
