Visionaire Apartments
The Visionaire Apartment Rooftop won the 2009 Building Type Honor citation from the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter, which recognizes innovation in specialized design fields. The Battery Park City condominium was also designed to achieve Platinum LEED certification, the highest level of recognition by the U.S. Green Building Council.
