MN SNAP’s headquarters is located in North Minneapolis in an 11,800-square-foot building, featuring a surgery center, a space for their mobile surgery vehicle and offices for MN SNAP staff.
MG McGrath Architectural Surfaces worked on the exterior of the new building, fabricating and installing 3,285 square feet of flush seam aluminum panels and 2,220 square feet of perforated aluminum panels with a 3-coat Kynar paint finish,
MODUS was challenged with renovating an existing building without as-builts. The scope of work included reworking existing equipment and pipe routing throughout the building. Part of the project included an addition for the new entrance/lobby into the Women's Center.
Sanford Heart Hospital provides innovative heart care and advanced cardiac diagnostic technology to detect and treat heart disease. Gage Brothers provided precast paneling, which lead to budgetary savings.
