The foundation of this 15,000 square foot chic space was created using Bison Versadjust Pedestals and 2×4 Ipê Smooth Wood Tiles for the deck surface.
Gate Precast worked directly with Chipperfield and HFZ Capital Group in a design-assist relationship for seven months during the development of this unique tower’s design, which had to adhere to the conditions of the historic neighborhood’s Landmarks Preservation Commission.

The semi-transparent glass awnings are situated above the escalators at the Hollywood & Highland outdoor shopping center. Giroux Glass provided the glass and glazing products for the space.
The elegant exterior facade of the Maryland District Courthouse features the cool and contemporary Silver Shadow Alabama Stone by Vetter Stone.

The 1,532-space structural precast parking garage on the Ole Miss campus Oxford features a total precast concrete solution, including an embedded brick architectural precast façade, load-bearing walls, structural columns and beams, and a parking surface supported by field-topped double-tees.
Funded completely by donors, the Marion Anderson Center was designed by renowned architecture firms Gensler and Pei Cobb Freed & Partners.
Giroux Glass was subcontracted to provide and install the building’s highly specialized window systems, including its show-stopping central atrium.

Orange and blue became the guiding colors throughout the design and Barn Light Electric provided their Emblem Sign Light and Dino Gooseneck Light, in Orange.
Through shade studies, the architect was able to balance natural light with temperature, limiting the native heat and keeping interiors cool.
