The Whitney Museum building’s unique façade features a step structure that creates 15,000 square feet of sculpture terraces, outdoor galleries and event space, from which visitors may enjoy sweeping views of the Hudson River to the west and the midtown Manhattan skyline to the east.
The interior exhibits showcase the variety of airplane and war artifacts of World War II. The versatility of precast allowed for increased open space inside the building, eliminating the need for columns and obstructions.
108 Chambers is a 10-story mixed use building in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City. The unique facade features custom geometric angular slab/spandrel metal panel formations surrounding the windows on the entire exterior, customized to the architect’s design.
