HQ Apartments is a 17-story, 307-unit apartment complex developed and constructed by Kraus-Anderson. The windows throughout the building were provided by Pella, using their Pella® Impervia® windows for its durable and stylish finish.
The Faculty of Law Library features a dramatic rooftop courtyard with a mix of surface materials including concrete pavers, Bison Wood Tiles, planters, and sculpture, creating a wonderful outdoor space.

This BMU was custom designed by ATS for facade access at the new Northwestern Mutual building in Milwaukee, WI. The BMU provides window washers and other facade access contractors with a safe means to access the building exterior facade.
