The exterior of the 54 Middlesex Turnpike located in Bedford, MA. With complete exterior modernization, elevators within a 3-story glass atrium opened accessibility to all floors. Seventy parking places were added to maximize the property without environmental disturbance, by Dacon.
Its unique needs include a large range of humidity, separate irrigation systems using RO water and 24 hours a day grow lighting that is staggered to mimic different seasons of the year.
Additionally Neostone – an upscale stone veneer – provided the client’s desired exterior appearance while saving $40 per SF versus granite.
