Restaurants like the Rusty Reel and other commercial spaces require lighting that is rugged and low maintenance. The design team turned to Barn Light Electric to find high-quality lighting that could not only fulfill those needs, but also play a role in adding a splash of style to the space.
70% of Miami daylight hours are sunny, with high intensity and UV radiation levels due to the steep angle of the sun, making SageGlass a vital component for an all-glass construction in this part of the world.
The 189,000-square-foot building has a large multi-purpose proscenium theater with 1,800 seats, hosts music, dance, opera, and theatrical performances. In addition, the building contains spaces for rehearsals and teaching, offices, a scene shop, and a costume shop.
