After recent corporate expansions, Avidia Bank sought to break into a new market region in Framingham, Massachusetts. Their goals, after acquisition of a narrow deep parcel directly off of Interstate-90, looked to maximize their brand presence and boldly place themselves in a new market.
The 345 Harrison apartment features an expansive rooftop dog park. Bison Versadjust Pedestals were used to support the concrete pavers and artificial turf that helped create the dog park.

D.J. Kranz provided construction services for the recent remodel and addition of the Luther Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis. This project touched almost every inch of the existing facility, along with expansion of a new showroom while they maintained everyday operations.
