Open office spaces allow for efficient space and easier traffic flow. Stockwell envisioned an office building with great employee amenities and breathtaking views of Falls Park.
Here you can see the decorative archway on the opposite side of the double doors leading into the Stair Hall.
The visually arresting, all-glass façade of the Dirty Habit, complements the surrounding classical revival architecture, upholding the edgy aesthetic that Hotel Monaco set out to create. The restaurant also features a massive patio that occupies an entire city block.
Natural light and open concept spaces encourage productivity and collaboration. Portal Surface lights were chosen to complement the design and finishes of the office breakroom. In all its forms, Portal provides clear continuity—for any architectural condition.
The main floor and mezzanine levels of the Gladys E. Kelly Public Library is filled with natural light through the expansive window ceiling and oval lighting pendants.
