he Wyckoff Exchange defines this ever-evolving neighborhood, and has become an icon in its own right. Our practice, founded on the principles of experimentation and pragmatism, produces architecture that is bold and completely transformational.
The bold lines and neutral-colored exterior of One Southdale Place creates an eye-pleasing and a welcoming first impression for guests and tenants. Pella® Impervia® doors and windows were used for this project.

On the exterior of the building, consisting of a marble and granite facade, Patrick and his team found the Beaux-Arts elevation generally in tact from an architectural standpoint. However, specific carved elements were badly deteriorated.
