This Edina MOB includes a 2-story open field house for physical therapy and a 3-story office building for a physical therapy clinic, prosthetics shop/treatment rooms, and an ambulatory surgery center on the second floor. Sperides Reiners Architects was the architect on this project.
The interior of this office space is a restrained simple material pallet, steel, light wood within a white envelope, forms an atmospheric backdrop to the energy and intensity of the work.

The construction of the new state of the art Morgan County High School required complicated phasing for the demolition/relocation of an old bus garage, demolition of the existing classroom building, renovation of the existing gymnasium and renovation/expansion of the existing parking lot.
