Residential project completed in 2010 in Manhattan Beach, CA.
Designed by Louis Sullivan and Frank Lloyd Wright in 1890, this residence was damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Goodwin milled River-Recovered® Heart Pine Curly and Legacy Heart Pine Vertical Clear.
The program is reversed, with bedrooms on the first two floors and the main living space and primary bedroom on the top floor to take full advantage of the view.
