Reclaimed wood and steel support bands from a deconstructed water tower, as well as Terracotta panels and various other reclaimed objects, from other Sterling Bay buildings, were integrated into the design and are showcased throughout the space.

Glass lamination involves the fusing of two monolithic slabs to a pliable interlayer to create a single, transparent composite of glass. The products are produced by a series of processes, from cleaning to glass sandwiching in a clean room environment to the furnace that produces laminated glass.
