Located in the heart of downtown Kirkland, The Walk by Longboard Products is just steps from beaches, renown restaurants, shopping, Google’s campus and the Kirkland Cross Corridor trail. With stunning views of Lake Washington and the Olympic Mountains.
The play between the programs is further expressed through the use of glazing on the lower retail floors versus a more solid precast concrete panel/ masonry construction on the upper office floors. Murdock Solon Architects completed this project.
Outdoor terraces on each of the upper floors provide shade and allow cool coastal air to circulate throughout the office space.
