Structura provided the BOL solid wood poles as part of the redevelopment of the Holocaust Memorial Plaza in Philadephia, Pennsylvania.
This Hillrom project was a tenant occupied project and included a new front entry and canopy, additional exterior windows, tiered concrete patio, new LED lighting, stainless steel cable rail stairs at the lobby, and upgraded finishes throughout the space.
The finishes that Teel Construction included, hardwood floors, Axminster broadloom carpet with custom borders, large millwork package, wallcoverings, accent lights, and decorative ceilings.
Benike Construction, the general contractor for the new SMOAK BBQ restaurant worked to ensure the project was completed on time and under budget.
The new four-story East Wing and renovations to the 40-year-old North Wing complete the quadrangle formed with the West and South Wings, which were renewed in 2011. The design unifies the complex while clarifying circulation and accessibility with two existing wings.
