To keep up with the luxury apartment boom, The Gates at Carlson Towers underwent a renovation. Habitation updated their clubhouse to a comfortable and inviting Club Room that all residences would feel at home in.
Back-lit art can bring lovely light into a space, such as this wall-sized composition of a sepia-colored forest and a colorful woodpecker in flight. The smart selection of building materials reflect the art beautifully and open up the lobby and hallway, near the high-traffic elevator bank.

The copper patina by DLSS Manufacturing is also covering the sign used at the front of the building. The copper patina shown in this project is in the historic finish.
