The facade of The Rose Apartments features modern design elements and windows fixtures by Pella. Pella® Impervia® products are made from Duracast material – Pella's five-layer, engineered fiberglass composite.
The parking ramp entrance and exit feature the same overall design and finish of the main building exterior. Gage Brothers provided the precast concrete for the project.
The big story is in the extras: a full-service kitchen, a gym, and a large break room with skylights, television sets and a flexible layout to allow for yoga classes and more.
