The new facility houses the Patrol Officers, Bicycle Officers, Police Canine Handlers, Criminal Investigators, a Crash Reconstruction Unit, the Counter-Terrorism Unit, Property and Evidence Unit, and the Training Unit.
The shifting asymmetrical pattern of floor to ceiling clear glazing maximizes southern exposure, allows penetration of daylight into the interior offices, and provides greater transparency between the police facility and the public realm.
The facade included punched windows and insulation, both pre-installed at our manufacturing plant.

The new Ward County Office Building is designed as a minimalist companion to the 1929 Courthouse. Its form opens to the courthouse and creates an inviting forecourt connection to the existing plaza that has become the new front door to the Ward County campus.
The transparency of SageGlass can be controlled in four stages from 1% to 60% light transmission. No matter how dark the windows, the view outside is retained.
