The building is emphasized by a provision of siding Zéphir® Evolution in horizontal lines that combine five colors of the range: red-orange, red, Violine, champagne, plus a glazed white lines that give a glossy touch to the façade.

The exterior materials of One Museum Place feature three different slate patterns. Two of them use a traditional facade installation using screws. CUPACLAD® 101 LOGIC rainscreen cladding system was the third made up with invisible fixings.
A welcoming living room fitted with E-Series double-hung windows by Andersen® allowing ample natural light to fill the space.
The parking structure and building are connected to each other and match in design and finish for a consistent exterior look.
