Portland's Japanese Garden features complicated cubic and rectilinear volumes with pitched roofs and façades not achievable with natural materials. Pure + FreeForms Celeste Stone was chosen as the roofing material to create a natural feel.

The building is emphasized by a provision of siding Zéphir® Evolution in horizontal lines that combine five colors of the range: red-orange, red, Violine, champagne, plus a glazed white lines that give a glossy touch to the façade.
The translucent cladding, by Kalwall encapsulates the building across all nine elevations and encloses the external fire escapes. The design of the new Metro Transit Highway 610 & Noble Parkway Park & Ride Facility in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota fuses an abstraction of the surrounding landscape with a high performance, sustainable facility to create a striking statement along the Highway 610 corridor.
The project scope included renovation of 9,000sf in the existing Heywood Building, a 62,350 SF addition, secure police officer parking, a sally port and improved bus routing to storage garages.
