Wells Concrete worked diligently on Tioga Ambulance Center by adding a 15,000 square foot, two-level clinic, a new ambulance garage, and expanded emergency area to the existing hospital, as well as remodel of the existing facility.
The Center at Lincoln is a 3-story, 77,500 SF, skilled nursing facility located on a 3-acre site. Wells Concrete was involved in this skilled nursing facility from conceptual design through erection, performing on an accelerated schedule of 21 weeks from notice to proceed to erection completion.
