Andre Kikoski Architect designed a simple Kiosk adaptation of one of the museum’s iconic geometric forms. The teardrop shaped plan is extruded into a sloping and gently torqued volume that is clad in a double skin of luminous faceted resin rain-screen panels layered over a stainless skin.

Booth type seating creates a sophisticated look at COCO in Minneapolis, Minnesota, furnished by iSpace Environments.
The neutral palette of black, white, and grey is softened by wood accents in the seating along with a wildly colorful mural near the front of the space. Over the bar, the team selected LED lighting for its environmentally friendly and energy-saving profile.
Exposed stairways encourage wellness and support an energy saving strategy by diverting circulation away from the elevators.
The Tata Innovation Center at Cornell Tech in New York, NY features cantilevered southwest and northeast wings, wrapped in a unitized curtain wall that features unique “fins” and frit-patterned glass accentuating the triangular glass form.
