The exterior of Central Park Commons by Wells Concrete. Wells Concrete has manufactured, delivered and installed approximately 600 pieces, 150,000 square feet of architectural precast insulated wall panels at the Central Park Commons site.
Wells Concrete provided insulated architectural wall panels with an acid etch finish with reveals. The new Ward County Office Building is designed as a minimalist companion to the 1929 Courthouse.

MODUS was challenged with renovating an existing building without as-builts. The scope of work included reworking existing equipment and pipe routing throughout the building. Part of the project included an addition for the new entrance/lobby into the Women's Center.
