An apartment unit living room with a view of downtown Minneapolis at The Rose. The expansive windows come from the Pella® Impervia® line by Pella.
Given the dramatic triple-height of the 55 Hudson Yards lobby, KPF created a large scale custom finish to capture the grain. Because the lobby is illuminated by natural light, the panels also needed to be extremely flat, so a honeycomb backer was employed.

The EdHub is a large assembly space surrounded by interconnecting classrooms and group study spaces – defined as their “library”, by Studio Kremer Architects.
An abundance of Eldorado Stone was used throughout the main feature wall, serving as both an anchor to the space and a structural decorative element.
