The seven-story Mississippi North Parking Structure by Gate Precast sits in the heart of a campus built in the 19th century, so the design had to be practical and durable without overwhelming the existing architectural fabric.
This facility, completed by Huff Construction integrates a 1,100 seat capacity gymnasium, a 4,360 SF fitness training center, a full-service kitchen/nutrition lab, two classrooms and locker rooms with offices.

These shower stalls are using Durasein's solid surface material in the color Luna.
This monumental staircase took on a life of its own with the help of Glasshape® who were contracted to site measure the areas requiring bent tempered glass in the foyer area and then produce all the flat and bent glass required for this one of a kind creation.
The pairing of aluminum railings with stainless steel cable infill accentuated the architure while also opening up the sightlines and optimizing the striking woodland view.
Set in Bendheim’s SF-60S single-glazed framing system, the channel glass rises from the landscape, running along the entire length of the structure.
