The new two-story, state-of-the-arts 67,140 SF Minot Medical Plaza has replaced the one-story clinic with SAMC as the anchor tenant. Wells Concrete provided the precast concrete wall panels for this project. The precast finish boasts a combination thin brick and acid etch exterior finish with cast-in electrical to further streamline construction.
